Prewitt Appraisal Services is currently owned and operated by Larry Prewitt. In operation since 1985, Prewitt Appraisals is a leader in residential real estate appraisals. Larry graduated from the University of Arizona in 1978, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. With over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, Larry has the local experience and knowledge to serve all your appraisal needs.

Jeff has been working with Prewitt Appraisals since 2004, originally as an assistant to Larry, and now as a Certified Residential Appraiser. Jeff graduated from Colorado State University in 2010 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Corporate Finance. Jeff has a passion for in-depth data analysis and is also the founder of PropertyBrain, a real estate tech solution aimed at helping real estate agents better analyze market data and price properties.
